Like other skin types, oily skin can also achieve a healthy and smooth state if it is properly cleansed and protected with the right products. With the characteristics of large pores, the sebum glands are constantly active, making the skin surface always shiny and prone to acne, so oily skin will need “food” rich in active ingredients to support the treatment and prevention of acne, oil-free formula with a light, fast-absorbing texture.
After a long time of researching the characteristics of Vietnamese oily skin as well as the climate in Vietnam and selecting suitable natural ingredients, we have designed 7 sumptuous “vegetarian dishes” from WINTER MELON including: makeup remover – facial cleanser – skin toner – mask – essence – jelly – acne spot treatment.
In this menu, we have specially invested in the ingredient list of each “dish”, all of which are not derived from animals and not tested on animals, ensuring effectiveness, safety and friendliness to oily, acne-prone skin, including outstanding vegan ingredients such as:
Winter MELON: helps reduce stress and discomfort of acne-prone skin. The extract from this fruit also has antibacterial and antioxidant effects, limiting the formation of free radicals, thereby helping to regulate and soothe inflammatory acne.
Centella asiatica extract: speeds up the recovery process, heals skin damage, increases collagen production, helps soothe and heal inflamed acne, and reduces the appearance of ugly scars after acne.
Tea tree essential oil: helps fight bacteria, effectively reduces inflammation, helps reduce redness and soothes swollen acne quickly.
5α-AVOCUTA® (avocado extract): strongly inhibits the activity of the enzyme 5α-reductase type 1 – an enzyme that stimulates the conversion of hormones in the body, causing the sebaceous glands to enlarge and secrete more sebum – thereby reducing excess oil secretion and preventing acne.
In addition, our vegetarian dishes from squash are also supplemented with other ingredients such as: BHA, TECA, Vitamin B3, B5, Betaine, licorice extract… to further support the process of unclogging pores, regulating sebum, providing moisture and improving acne.
